CQ6502 RAPID PIPEWORK PASSIVATOR Request SDS
CQ6502 is a new formulated product which is intended for use at the end of a system clean and during the final flushing stages. The product has been developed to prevent flash corrosion which can lead to a rise in iron levels after a system clean. This product is particularly suited to systems which have areas of low-flow and where rapid passivation is necessary to prevent corrosion products forming and becoming trapped.
The product is dosed at 6.6L/m3 system volume for rapid passivation.
CQ6502 PASSIVATOR/INHIBITOR Request SDS
CQ6502 is a formulated neutral pH based corrosion inhibitor that has been designed for situations where the presence of aluminium has not been defined. As well as being used as a rapid passivator, CQ6502 can also be used as an inhibitor for multi-metal systems including aluminium. The product will give protection to newly commissioned systems and will provide inhibition for up to 12 months when the recommended levels are maintained. There is no need to flush the system after passivation. This can provide cost savings in both labour and flushing time. CQ6502 can be topped up with CQ4512 for converting to a full inhibition package.

CQ4060 MOLYBDATE/NITRITE INHIBITOR Request SDS
Provides protection to systems containing ferrous metals, copper, copper alloys, zinc and aluminium by utilising a blend of powerful inhibitors including molybdate, operating at a neutral pH. This product gives excellent protection to hot water heating systems and closed cooling / chilled water systems.
Dose 10L/m3 system volume to achieve 300ppm MoO4 and 300ppm NaNO2.
CQ4517 MOLYBDATE/NITRITE INHIBITOR Request SDS
A concentrated version of CQ4060 with a dose rate of 4.3L/m3 system volume.
CQ4070 NON-HAZARDOUS (BUILDCERT APPROVED) INHIBITOR Request SDS
A highly effective scale and corrosion inhibitor formulated with both anodic and cathodic site passifiers. Operating at neutral pH, the product controls both ferrous and non-ferrous metal corrosion at elevated temperatures and under a variety of water conditions and flow velocities. Suitable for both heating and closed cooling/chilled water systems. The product does not contain metallic elements or phosphate. A simple field test is available from Chemiteq.

A corrosion inhibitor suitable for closed recirculating heating and chilled water systems. The product is suitably buffered to ensure stable pH conditions throughout the water systems.

CQ4518 CONCENTRATED NITRITE INHIBITOR Request SDS
A concentrated version of CQ4080 with a dose rate of 3.3L/m3 system volume.
CQ4084P CONCENTRATED NITRITE INHIBITOR WITH DYE Request SDS
A concentrated nitrite blend corrosion inhibitor for closed recirculating heating and chilled water systems, containing a red/purple dye. CQ4084P is buffered to ensure stable pH conditions throughout the water system. A protective film is maintained on all metal surfaces by the CQ4084P treatment. This film is kept in constant repair providing the recommended treatment reserve is present in the water at all times.
Dose at 3L/m3 to achieve 1250ppm as NaNO2.
CQ4011 SYNERGISED NITRITE Request SDS
A nitrite based product containing a balanced blend of cathodic, anodic and non-ferrous corrosion inhibitors, which also incorporates a scale inhibitor. This treatment is specifically formulated to provide tolerance of fluctuations in pH values.
Dose at 2-3L/m3 system volume to achieve 200ppm as NaNO2.

A new and novel product which provides excellent protection to multi-metal systems including aluminium. The product also contains a powerful scale prevention technology which helps maintain boiler performance at its optimum level. It can provide significant energy savings in hard water areas. Due to the way the product is formulated, biocide addition is not required to control bacteria growth; CQ4514 resists bacteria breakdown. Independently tested to British Gas Advantica profile. This inhibitor is especially useful when Boiler Manufacturers Warranty needs to be upheld. A copy of the test result is available on request. The product is fully compatible with all nitrite, molybdate and mono and triethanolamine based systems. CQ4514 will not create potentially cancer causing nitrosamines if mixed with other corrosion inhibitor products. Easy to dose and test.

CQ4515 BACTERIA RESISTANT HIGH PERFORMANCE INHIBITOR Request SDS

It has a significantly better aluminium corrosion protection when compared with traditional molybdenum/nitrite based products. The product is fully compatible with all nitrite, molybdate and mono and triethanolamine based systems. CQ4515 will not create potentially cancer causing nitrosamines if mixed with other corrosion inhibitor products. Easy to dose and test.
